X-Tensionaire Luxe Invisible Tape-in Extensions are the most discreet tape extensions you will ever find on the market. Made from 100% Cuticle Remy Human Hair with a thin Skinweft that has been designed to mimic hair growing from the scalp – making our invisible very natural looking!

Our Invisible Tape Hair Extensions are designed for all hair types and can be reused for up to four times. Bombay Invisible Tape Hair Extensions are ideal for the crown of the head, apply these with either double sided tape or single sided either mixed in with our traditional tape in extensions or apply all over for ultra-discreet luxury tape in extensions.

X-Tensionaire Luxe Invisible Tape Hair extensions are sold in 25g packs in order to allow the client maximum flexibility with mixing & matching hair colors.

How Many Packs Do I Need?
  • Thin Hair: 2 to 3 packs (50g to 75g)
  • Medium Hair: 3 to 6 packs (75g to 150g)
  • Thick Hair: 6 to 8 packs (150g to 200g)

– Crown of Head Only: 1 pack (25g)

– Note, when using Invisible Tape for only the crown of your head, you will also need our traditional tape in extensions for a full look (min. 1 to 2 packs)

Steps to Use It

Step 1: Prep Your Hair

Start with clean, dry hair. Gently detangle your natural hair using a wide-tooth comb to avoid breakage.

 

Step 2: Section Your Hair

Create neat horizontal sections using a tail comb. Clip the upper hair away to keep sections clean and easy to work with.

 

Step 3: Apply the Extensions

Clip-In / Ponytail: Secure the clips firmly close to the roots.

Tape-In: Sandwich a thin section of your natural hair between two tape wefts.

Nano Ring / Micro Bead: Insert a small section of hair into the ring/bead and secure it using pliers.

Weft Extensions: Sew, bead, or attach the weft based on your preferred method.

 

Step 4: Blend & Style

Gently blend your natural hair with the extensions using fingers or a soft brush. Style as desired using heat tools (heat protection recommended).

 

Step 5: Final Check

Ensure all extensions are secure and comfortable. Avoid pulling or excessive tension at the roots.
